On January 23rd 2014 the Philadelphia Police Department released video surveillance showing the attack on Amber and her mother.
The City of Philadelphia is offering a $20,000 reward and the Fraternal Order of Police is offering a $10,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the suspects responsible for this crime.
Please help find the people who committed this senseless and depraved act.
